Simply put there's nothing simple about training the body to endure an Ironman Triathlon.

I, Max, Owner and President of MRI will build you a blueprint training schedule to this first event, The Expedition Man Triathlon.  It's important to understand this is NOT a one size fits all training schedule.  All the variables listed in the TRI MRI history report explain what makes your training unique.

Each week you will be given that weeks assignment and at the end of each week there will be an assessment review report.  From there we will create the next weeks assignment.  The reason for this is to make adjustments to all the variables that come into play when training effectively for such an event.

The success of your outcome is defined by my ability/expertise to guarantee the greatest "rate of improvement" for your effort and discipline required, period!!

Fee for this professional training are as follows:

20wks.  $775 16wks.  $640 12wks.  $495 (2.4mi. swim, 112mi. bike, 26.2mi. run)  Distance

Sports specific training is such a science.  It includes master a skill and an art.  Its definitely not a "one size fits all equation".

First I will break down your sport into all its applied components.  Also known as bio-mechanics and explain how the kinetic chains; strength, speed and power apply to your athletic position/function.

This type of training can be very sophisticated and will requite learning how to maximize the nervous system, speed of movement, complex torsional stresses, and overall multi joint advanced conditioning.

Execution of these complex training techniques are essential for all my athletes to ensure the greatest athletic performance from expert skiers, to pro team sport athletes.
